Green Capital is an advisory and investment firm operating under a Family Office model. We do not raise capital from the public markets; we invest solely our own capital.

Founded in the second half of 2021—at a time when Vietnam’s stock market was extremely active due to the surge of new retail investors (known as the F0 wave) and the VN30 Index breaking above 1,500 points—we recognized the challenge of protecting and compounding capital at what was effectively the peak of VNINDEX after more than two decades of market development.

Our investment philosophy centers on capital preservation and accelerating growth only when clear, high-conviction opportunities emerge. The objective is to maintain portfolio volatility at the lowest possible level while focusing capital on companies with growth trajectories materially stronger than their sector peers. To generate returns, one must first survive the market—only then can we create long-term prosperity for Green Capital’s partners and members.

We do not engage in fundraising in the financial markets. Any use of the Green Capital name for capital solicitation or investment promotion is considered a violation of Green Capital’s brand and intellectual property rights.
